Turn signal fuse keeps blowing.
1989 Park Avenue. I've replaced the turn signal fuse twice now. Could a bad bulb be causing this or would the problem lie elsewhere?
Could someone please give me a place to start looking for a problem? Thanks for any help given. |

Re: Turn signal fuse keeps blowing.
I would start by pulling the rear lights and inspect for bare wires and check the backup lights too they on same fuse

Re: Turn signal fuse keeps blowing.
I heard of a simular problem with a Chrysler product that turned out to be a broken motor mount. When the throttle was goosed the torque would cause the engin to lift slightly on one side, bumping a wiring block and shorting the turn light on the left side. When that happend, pop goes the fuse.
Probally has nothing to do with your problem, but that driver was equally stumped. |
