I shall call it concretia
I have some concrete on the side of my Jeep, I was wondering how to get rid of it.

use go-joe. apply and let it sit for awhile, it will loosen it up and with take off with a hard plastic edge, i.e bondo spatual. will not harm or scratch paint. old masons secrete.
