blower motor resistor

Ever since i had that air bag monitor recall done on my 97 tracer, my blower motor resistor keeps frying. Ive replaced atleast 5 times in the past year. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you fix it and how?

Re: blower motor resistor

Haven't had this problem, but seems clear you have too much power running through it. Check how much voltage you have going to it and make sure everything is grounded as it should be.
