Exhaust or Intake

Does anybody know what the difference between Exhaust cams and Intake cams are?

The different lobes on the cam(s) which control the intake or exhaust valves.

Enzo's right but here's a pic. As if you were looking at the motor standing in front of the car, with the valve cover off. I took this when I put the JWT S3 cams in. BTW this is the SR20DE in a P11 G20. Hope this helps a bit.
