302 vs 351W headers? are they the same?

title basically says it all, i have custom headers made for a 302, but im swapping to a 1986 351W soon, i was wondering if my headers will bolt right up to my 351W, as i dont want to make new custom headers...

The answer is yes and no, your 302 headers will fit the 351, the only difference is that the 351 engine is slightly taller which may cause the collector to be very close to, or hit the floor. I would do some measuing on your existing clearences.
