95 blazer rear window latch

Does anybody have a picture of the rear window latch? My latch stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I pulled off the plastic and got to the latch but can't tell what's wrong. The little blue piece of plastic coming from the electric motor (or whatever the little black box is) isn't attached to anything and there is another piece of the latch with a hole in it that isn't attached to anything either. Should those two parts be attached? That looks like the logical solution, but I can't find any evidence that the plastic is broken.

My 96 dr was just rearened last week and I will be changing tailgates...I think the 2 and 4 door share the same gate....just different style of rear glass is used. If you want when I have the gate off I can take a pic of what the inside assembly looks like.....email me so i can send you a pic....my email is [email protected]...please put in the topic blazer latch so i know not to dl it.
