'99 6-way seat & climate control problems

anyone else has these problems?
Climate control not working, its either full on hot or full cold
6-way power seat - gear broke on front/back tilt motors

can't find any of these card in junk yards and can't buy just the gears parts, they want to sell the whole seat track assembly.

I know the feeling. My 98 has the same seat track problem. I'm on a list, but they don't see many cars this new. My Mom has a 2000 and her seat just broke. New dealer cost is $1300...they can pound sand for that kind of money.

I just bought a 99 PA Ultra, drivers side tilt doesn't work front or back, your right $1300 is Ultra Crazy. Gotta be a way to fix this.
