not really sure where to remove honeycombs
does anyone have pics on where to remove them or a site that will tell me? Or maybe one of you smart peeps can explain step by step where to remove them on my 95 tsi awd.

Uh, only 1g cars remove the lower MAS honeycomb. Don't worry about it.

not true!!! i am reading all over that people are removing them out of there 2g but im not exactly sure where to do it

well screw it i guess, cuz i just read alot of shit about the 2g honeycomb removal and alot of peeps say they have no probs from doing it and alot also say they fucked themselves by doing it. So im not going to be one of those fucked peeps lol.

I ran a hacked 2g mas for a couple years. In the end here is what it comes down to. Without DSMlink, all its good for is bollixing up your AFR curve. Unless you are making well over 400 whp, look for something else to do with your time

I tried it in my camaro and I will never do it to my eclipse. It didn't do shit for hp but it threw a code up after a mile. I heard that it just straightens up the air flow to hit the sensor correctly (meters it) so I reinstalled it and the code was no more. maybe its the same for dsms but I just assume not messing with it and finding power else where. it's gotta be there for a reason.
