200 amp alternator??

Has anyone ever put in a 200 amp alternator in their Silverado?? I have a 2001 with 5.3 and have access to one. I know it's recommended to install a higher output alternator when you have upgraded stereos and lights. Also know you should use a 4 gauge positive lead to the battery.

Just wondering if any problems might develope by installing a 200 amper or.... if any other upgrades need to be done other than just using a 4 ga. positive cable??
