question on the SLK's top
ive seen some SLK's around, but i cant figure out how the top works! ive never seen a soft top, only hardtop, so maybe its just like the SL-Class' top, only it operates manually?? i dunno, so any helps appreciated

There's no such thing as a soft top SLK. It only comes in a hardtop convertible. It operates pretty much the same way as the new SL.

It is refered to as a Vario Roof.
The trunk opens the oposit way from normal operation. The roof lifts and folds where the top and the back connect and folds into the trunk. I have a bunch of traning videos and stuff on Mercedes vehicles. And i will be apprenticing there soon.
