Question Mod friendly

Hey guys, whats more mod friendly, a 94-95 5.0, or a 96-97 4.6 Im looking to go all N/A and make around 300 or more HP. Thanks

Both can make 300 HP. I like the 4.6 in my 95 Tbird more power than most think. If your a hard core modifier I would get the 5.0.

5.0 all the way man, they're easier to work on and there are more parts available for them. and you can fast with less money (as far as i know)

5.0 all the way for N/A also 4.6 w/o PI heads is playing way behind the 8-ball for N/A power.

Well thanks for the help. Im definately gonna aim for getting the 5.0, just because I do have a limited budget, and I have heard parts for it are so much cheaper and easier to find. If youve got any suggestions for first mods ill take em. I heard gearing is first thing I should get done. What else can I get for most power for the money?

pullies, intake, exhaust.

if you wanna make REAL power go for heads and even pistons.
