Talking One heck of a race

last weekend comming home i thought i could catch this car way a head of me but when i got on him he took off i got close enough to find out that it was black with gold badges figured a toyota or a lexus, so any way i thought id be able to pass him with my 1995 GTP buit i could only stay on his bumper he got caught up passing cars and i got a chance to pass them both and then i flagged him over at the next gas station. I found out it had a 2JZ in it and it wasnt modded much but it has exhaust and intake. now if i only had the jet chip i wanted i would have had him cuz i cut out at 118! pretty good race though hope i get to run into that Lexus ES300 this summer at Saben.

Re: One heck of a race

I love stuff like that...I pissed off a modded Honda CRX that sounded like a weed eater on speed. I live on top of a small mountain, and to get to Wal Mart and stuff, you have to go down the mountain. Well, coming back up, I went around him and he got caught among several cars. When he got out of it, he tried catching me, and when he started getting close, I hammered it down and left him in the dust. I also did that to an Accord, I usually run around 70mph up the mountain, got up even with the Accord and the guy wanted to play. So I kept it nose-to-nose until he ran out of pedal, then I turned to him, grinned, and punched it. I think in both cases I ended up doing well over 90mph, almost 100, up the mountain. We're talking curvy, scenic 3-lane road up the mountain in rural Alabama. It was all kinds of fun.

Re: One heck of a race

My racing is usually late late late at night, me and my best friend. His '92 Camaro RS versus my GTP. He's got the 305 V8. I win.

Re: One heck of a race

Hell yeah it's fun...and what's so funny, he never would admit my car was faster...until I let him drive it. Now he knows what kind of horsepower I've got pounding the pavement. And he's really gonna hate me when I finally get some mods done...then I REALLY win
