HELP: Special technique for Tamiya FULL-VIEW kit

Hey guys, I am planning to buy a Tamiya FULL VIEW kit, either F50 or F2001. I am going to print body on only right side, and left the left side to be clear. What do I need to be cautious when building these FULL VIEW kits? Thanks.

I would offer this advice...stay away from superglues while builing it....use ether liquid cement or epoxy. Super glue fumes may fog the clear bodiy . I would find some plastic polish to make the clear panels nice and spiffy.

Should I avoid compounding the edges between the paint and the clear parts? Thanks.

use future floor polish to coat the clear parts. future will make fill the clear parts glossy and very clear. simply dip the parts in to the solution and pull out slowly. i have found that parts coated with future will resist fogging from super glue.

definitely avoid superglue... also don't put glue where the part you can see... you will see the glue mark easily even if you use tamiya plastic cement.

I purchased the Tamiya Alfa-Romeo F1 full view kit......absolutely terrible!
The ejector pin marks were so plentiful as to render the 'full-view' concept pointless (The marks distorted any clear view).
After a ton of work with lots of sandpaper and some Future the body was all clear....but it took hours of work....some of the ejector pins are really, really deep into the clear plastic....it really became a chore and soured me on all Tamiya full-view kits.

The kit itself is typical Tamiya, pretty accurate and looks right....I just couldn't believe they would sell a clear-view kit with as many and as deep pin marks.....
