Hondata Tuning

I'm looking to get the Hondata s200 for my H22a Prelude. It will be for a turbo application. Id like to be able to tune it myself but I have no idea how to tune fuel maps or stuff like that. I know you have to use a computer but what exactly are u looking for when it comes to the table or graph. I have the program for the AEM on my computer just to get a feel of what the programs might be like and its confusing as hell. Anyone know the basics on what the chart is like. I think Id have someone tune it their self when I first get it in but Id like to tune it myself after that.
