weird sound from engine bay (sound clip)

this is a clip i recorded on my celly and played back into the microphone on my computer. i recorded it from the engine bay of my dads car... it sounds like its coming from the firstmost accessory pulley next to the crankshaft. it sounded like ticking valves so we topped off the oil and that didnt fix it so its something else... P.S. the clip is kinda quiet cuz i recorded it with my phone so you might have to turn it up
