99-2002 SE Plastic Trim. Whats underneath?

I made a boo boo the other day and got to close to the front right center plastic body cover thing and she popped off. The tape got dirt all over it and was useless after , I took it off and saw what it looks like underneath. It was just like on the alero's cept for a hole in the center of the indent. The body was painted good underneath the outer panel as well. I am puttin it back on tommorow.
