Unhappy black plastic trim replacement 95 blazer 2dr

I have a 95 2 door blazer . The black plastic trim around the rear side windows is discoloring or fading from sun and heat damage. Does anyone know if I can buy just the black trim or do I need to replace the entire window and trim as one assembly? If so is there a part number for just the trim ? thanks jim
