Re: SL vs srt4

Yeah you'll get destroyed. An srt4 basically looks like a neon. But it'ss got a turbochardged 2.4 L. Puts out about 230 horse and 250 ft/lbs. I think it does 0-60 in about 5.8 or 5.9.

Re: SL vs srt4

Lol I was pissed when they were about to come out 'cause I don't wanna be driving around and get beat by neons. But I don't see too many, and its not a badly built little car. So kudos to it, as long as it stays away from me and my SL

Re: SL vs srt4

Yeah, don't do it, you'll get raped. the srt4s have a TD04LR-16Gk-6cm2 turbo and are quite quick.

Speaking of which, I have a question, I know that these turbo housings are different and that they spin counterclockwise...and therefore we can't use these specific turbos in our cars. But what are the advantages of the reversed setup and rotation? Are there any or did they just design it differently?

Hehe don't race one in an SL. Hell, that quarter time challenges VR-4's stock.

LOL yea they are lil fast cars. Are your guys/girls towns infested with neons? My town has so many of them no srt4's yet. They are the ugliest things. They put those masive wings on and they lower it put on a muffler lol and still have the stock rims. They drive around like they own the place. Good thing i put em back in their place real quick LOL . Sorry to say but i have neons even the srt4.

Re: SL vs srt4

Yeah we got a lot of neons around here too. Too many people rice them out. Huge wings, hood scoops, loud buzzy exhaust... and a stock motor. Woohoo. Most of them only race me 'cause they think I don't know how to drive. Then they won't even look at me anymore. Dinks...
