Unless its smoked altezzas on a black car...

Re: taillights altezza,hmmm

I have those APC Euro Tail Lights for my 97 RS and the cheap plastic chrome-coated border started to fade with the sun. After a few months it it looked bad. To make things worse, water would get into the center piece when I washed the car along with the soap and you could see the water spots all over it. I eventually replaced the center piece with my oem piece and spray painted the boarders of the two side pieces white (to match the color of my car) and they look much better. Now it actually looks like part of the car and not a cheap ass faded look.

Re: taillights altezza,hmmm

Yup, wish I knew that beffore I bought them. Actually, I wasn't the one who bought them, it was my dad. I'm still happy with the way they look now though and all it took was a little bit of white spray paint.

I would take some silicone and glue it up. It will keep the water from getting in (or a leaf which happen to my friend...dunno how). But they will fade, I believe the S.A.E and D.O.T approved altezza don't fade. They dont have many problems at all.
