Can't get Stereo Power now

I can still get power to the old radio, but when I hook up red (power) and then ground to the new deck it doesn't work. Maybe the fuse under the hood is blown b/c the power seatbelts don't work. I made sure all the fuses inside the driver seat well are good. Any reason to think why I can get power to the old CD player and not the new deck? BTW, this is a 90 Accord DX.

Thanks,
Chris

Re: Can't get Stereo Power now

Do you have a fuse on the new radio? Did you correctly hook up the yellow wire as well?

Re: Can't get Stereo Power now

Yes, I hooked up all the wires correctly. there are fuses in two of the wire conectors to the new stereo. I do not think there is a fuse in the stereo itself. The manual is very poor and does't say anything about it. Any thoughts?
