Timing belt cover
So is the timing belt cover necessary? Pros and cons to having it off? Mine's broken and looks like it might fall off soon..

Re: Timing belt cover
You should run with it on. It provides protection against debris like rocks, canoes, and such. Get one in the junkyard for a couple of bucks. GL

Re: Timing belt cover
Yeah it's a tragedy when the canoes get in there. I was on the streets driving and a canoe came off of its trailer ahead of me and almost got stuck but i swerved around it and showed the canoe who was boss...then I hit the telephone poll and totaled my car
