can i beat a 2000 GT? 91 5.0 vs. 2000 GT

okay so heres the deal, my friend owns a 2000 mustang GT, so far hes put a k&n air filter and a set of magnaflo mufflers...im not quite sure if hes added a chip on there, he might be lying but anyways i hav a 1991 mustang 5.0 lx convrtble and have installed bbk shorty headers, bassani hi-flo x-pipe w\cats, 2.5inch cat back with 1 chamber flo masters, and got the cervinis ram air hood and kit. BOTH cars are AUTOMATIC! does any one out there know like the total hp my 50 is pulling out? how much my buddy is pulling out? and finally can i kick his ass? PLEASE!!!!!!! I NEED TO KNOW!!!! hes been talkin smak and allways askin to race but ive been sorta sketch about it all.

Yes sir. Your probably a little heavier and he just has more power, in my opinion.

Your gonna lose.... you wiegh about the same, he has more hp still and he also has the better AOD.

No,your not gonna be able to beat him with your mods.I would suggest getting some gears (4:10 recomended)or 3:73's,a higher stall converter,shift kit and maybe posi and you will tear him up on the take off and if you get a good enough launch you will probably beat him.

Ditto what RocketStang911 said but some sticky tires will help seal the deal. I've beat several cars with more power than mine simply because I had traction. Of course you'd better hope he doesn't make any of these changes too.

What I see right now he is going to win! You could always use a little spray to win, but I don't suggest it unless you built the motor for it.

If you run nitrous u should run something like sneaky pete (little system with a 50-75 shot spray or something like that)
