Hi! Does anybody know the times for a 1978 Pontiac Trans-Am with an automatic tranny and the 400 6.6L engine? I have one that is stock with 10,000 original miles on it. It is the limited edition Golden Bandit Edition. I am the original owner. I was just wondering how fast the car really is!!!

I just joined this website forum and say that you have the exact car that was given to me as a graduation present. My stepdad said when he ran the (special edition gold 78' trans am) he would run mid 15's but that was a long time ago when the car was brand new. I just got the engine rebuilt and has a lot more power!! You have a sweet car and should never sell it!! Can you post pictures on this forum?? I would love to see it and I'll try to post one myself.
