Re: Please help my guys

you could easily get a hatch with a swap in it already for under 7000. you should look on auto trader. i would look for cars with b16a's, b18b's, b18c1's and of course b18c5's. i would try and stay away from cars with ls vtec conversions because you don't know who they got to do it and it could be made by low budget auto or something. i don't know if you'll find much with b20's but y don't you just buy one with the stock motor and get the motor of your choice swapped in?

Fully built, yet can't spell vtec which is written on the valve cover. On that note, buying a swapped car is risky enough, buying a car with a frankenstein in it is even more so.

If you're going to try selling a fully built motor, you are going to want to provide things like, who built it, what their credintials are, what was done to it, etc...maybe a contact # for the builder, or at least the shop.

Re: Please help my guys

Well if you want to take a risk on ebay i would do that, because they alwayz have civics with engine swaps in them, and i would go with the b16 because i really don't like the b18, but i really don't know much about the b20.... So i hope you find one .. peace

You are a dumbass and know nothing about motors, that is why you shouldn't even post here anymore. Go find a Justin Timberlake board or something, something you know about so you can talk your stupid shit.

As proven here, anyone that would recommend a weaker motor over a stronger motor based on "I really don't like the B18" you are an underachiever and a loser, now go die.

kinda harsh but true. The b16 is a good motor but the b18 is a good motor too and its bigger. Ive heard a b20 block with a b18 head is sick. Ive never seen one but thats what Ive heard. My personal choice would be a b18 with a vortech blower.

Re: Please help my guys

Actually the GSR head will give you a slightly higher compression, due to the small chambers on the head.

www.b20vtec.com good site for info on an LS or CRVtec build up.

i would be sorta iffy about buying a pre-swapped car. bring some knowledgable with you so they can help you out with looking at the car. personally i would take the car to a local mechanic and have them check it out to see if everything is built ok. check everything on the car. also, make sure to take the car out on the highway, and go through all 5 gears. if the guy won't let you do that, then something's up. this happened to my brother, and 2 weeks later, the transmission was shot.
