Where is the flasher relay located ??

The turn signals went out on my 1998 aurora. I belive it is the flasher that burned out on it. I called a dealer to see how much they would charge to replace it & they said $95-$120 which is outragious. the part its self cost $7.00 at any parts store. But I don't Know where it is located on the car. Can anybody help me out with that info? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Luis

Re: Where is the flasher relay located ??

Take off the small black panel that is screwed to the lower dash area under the steering column, get under there on your back with a small flashlight and look straight up and you will see the factory silver thermal unit held in place by a spring metal clip. Easy R&R. Pay the extra couple of bucks and get the electronic flasher, it's not affected by temperature and you can run LED replacement bulbs with it.
