injector pulse (lack of)

91 305 TBI no pulse at key on. Squirt in gas, it will crank and run. 12 volts on one side of connector, .9 to 1.2 on other side. pulses noid lite after you get it started. No cam or crank sensor. Grnd is good. Hair is leaving FAST. Help please. Thank You

like 99% of all the chevy's that break down your fuel pump died. if the box isn't full of crap you can unbolt it, unhook the lights/filler tube and slide it back to access the pump or remove the tank.
try beating on the bottom of the tank while a buddy cranks it sometimes you can temporarily fix it this way.. good luck to you!!
