Carbed 1984 5.0 Mods

Alright i see paxton has a superchager for a pre-77 mustang 302, my friend has a 1984 mustang 5.0 and he was wondering if it would fit on it. What kind of mods should he do to it to be able to handle it i bleive its like 7 1/2psi at 5500rpms. BTW its a manual but i think its a 4speed. Its a realy nice car with updated front and everything it just it needs some more power and we would like to try out the blower (its under the hood type) What kind of power should we suspect? What will it sound like?

What other kind of stuf should we do instead of the supercharger?
Heads Cams, Carb upgrade?

he has 5000$ limit and the engine has been overhauled not to long ago
