1994 3.4 Upgrades

I just recently got my camaro and it is great! I was looking for a few mods though. I don't have alot of money right now b/c i bought the car(no help from parents). I plan to put a 7" K&N cone filter on, possibly headers and new exhasust and was also interested in a chip. I need more info on chips though. What kind do i get, where do i get it and what performance will it give me? Also, if i put a switch to turn my alternator on in off, will this help or hurt me? Tell me what you think and what else you would do. THANX!

check out the slp cold air intake, magnaflow or flowmaster cat-back, apparently edlebrock makes tes headers for the v6 but ive never seen em, and the chip- i got mine from www.jetchip.com and it worked for me. another cheap mod that is a good mod, check out a low temp thermostat from hypertech...
