problem when braking
hey guys,
i just got my liscense i will tell you right now that i dont know much about cars. I have a problem though and i was wondering if anyone here can answer it for me. I have a '96 ford ranger, manual by the way. When i am almost to a complete stop i can feel and hear a studder in the brake and it makes the stearing wheel twitch a bit. i dont know how to describe it anymore than that. does this sound familiar? help please... |

Re: problem when braking
Sounds as if the front rotors are warped. Since you are a new driver I will tell you, make sure when they take your tires off, in the front where the
rotors are , make sure they use a torque wrench when putting them back on. They should have an attachment for the impact tool that does this anyway, but make sure. |
