Electrical problem when brakes are applied a

Help! when I press the brake pedal in my 94 trooper (even with no key in) my dash lights glow and the left turn signal lights and the "lights on "chime sounds. All bulbs are good, flasher relay good. When driving, the dash lights and left & center brake lights flash in unison with the left turn signal. I know you mechanics love a good electrical mystery! Please reply with your thoughts.
