ls/vtec JR supercharger

If i were to install a jackson racing supercharger onto a ls/vtec hybrid motor, would i have to buy the supercharger based on the head that im using. for example if im using the civic si head (b16a) then id need the supercharger for the civic si right? Are there any issues when installing a supercharger onto an ls/vtec hybrid?

well we always use the b16 kit on the ls engines. even with the ls head! the B18A/B SC kits use the m45 blower for some reason. the B18c / B16a kits use the m62 blower. we weld up most of the holes in the JR b16 or type R SC kit and redrill the proper holes for the ls head. this makes a huge diff!!! well worth the trouble. but to answer your quesion, if you are going to go to a vtec head you will need to order the JR SC kit to fit your particular vtec head.
