Transmissions for 1980 k10
I have a 1980 k10, the servos are bad in the transmission (hard to shift, especially down shifting), because of the cost of rebuilding a transmission I am curious of what newer manual transmissions that would bolt up or with minor modifications I can install. I would like a 5 speed. Will the transfer case have to be changed as well? It has a 350 engine in it.

Does anyone know if a nv4500 will work and what all I would have to do to make it work?
