carburetor & computer

I have tbi on my 87 s-10 383 stroker conversion.
I'm buying a carb but don't want to replace the ignition with a mechanical advance ignition. If I put the carb on and disconnect only the iac, tps, and injector connections on the wiring harness, will the computer still run the spark correctly?? I think it should work, but I'm not sure. Also, can I use a 35 psi fuel pump if I plumb in a low pressure regulator??

any info would be great

thanks

rpm, tps and map are used as inputs into the spark table...
