MM&FF Article Mention

I know there has be a lot of debate about times cars runs stock when i comes to the different Mustang levels. This was a good MM&FF article this month which tested all 04's a GT auto, MACH1 5-speed, Convertible Cobra, striaght from Ford less than 100 miles on each completely stock rubber no timing, air filter, or tire pressure tricks.

Results:

04 Auto GT Flat 14 1/4 mile.

04 Mach1 5-speed low 13's 1/4 mile 13.1 best I believe.

04 Cobra Convertible 12.9's 1/4 mile. Remember Convertible is heavier and flexes more and a high 12 second pass completely stock!!!!

I would just like all the people who say 99+ 4.6 GT's can't run low 14 1/4 miles. Mach1's are barely 13 second machines and 03 Cobras can't run 12's stock too go buy this magazine and read that article. You have all just been I would put a link to this article but MM&FF don't give thier shit away for free.

2.4 60ft is pretty pathetic.... a 2.2 on an 00 5-speed GT would be a so/so 60ft.

All those times are on the stock rubber exactly as Ford put's it on and you buy it from the showroom floor.
