Fuel sender unit
The dealer just replaced our "sender and/or pump assembly, Fuel" for the second time. Originally it was replaced in Aug 2002. Is this something that I should be concerned about having continuing problems after the warranty?

Not sure what year or model you've got, but on my 2002 Tahoe with the 5.3, I just had mine replaced as well... The dealership knew exactly what the problem was when I described it, and they had the parts in stock. That tells me that more than a few folks are indeed having this problem... Don't know if they have updated any of the parts to correct the problem or not, so it's anybody's guess?

Re: Fuel sender unit
Thanks for your reply. I read your posts about replacing the instrument cluster several times before they replaced the sender unit. They have never told me there are problems with our instrument cluster, but it seems like this is too many times to replace the sender in 2 years.
