where to get cf hoods except at 3si.org

hey i was wondering were i can get some real ice cf hoods for the 3000gt. i cant go into 3si because i got banned while trying to set up an account. anyone kno a place to get a nice cf hood?

i have never heard of someone that has been banned for trying to set up an account??? you must have done something messed up to get banned.

anyway, for starters, do you have a first gen or second gen?
for first gen, i just got a real nice one from www.3kgtmotorsports.com
second gen, off the top of my head, i know gt por sells pit road m hoods but they are a purdy penny. i think their web site is www.gtpro.com but you could do a google search if that is not it.

also, it would be real easy to just follow the link in my sig to driven performance. they could get you what ever you want for any gen i am sure. i bet they could even get something custom fabricated for you if you really want it. go ahead and give them a call or an email, they are great people to work with.

You don't get BANNED when setting up an account.

One of two things happened.

1) You use a hotmail or yahoo accout. Free e-mail's account are not allowed.

2) Your request for an account denied becasue you did not provide the required information. (name,address...)

This information is contained on the rules page that is displayed (and you agreed to) before you start entering account information.

what?!?!?!
i have been a paying member using my yahoo account ever since 2001. why should i have to pay for my email??? i do pay for my email (yahoo) to get more storage but i did not when i signed up. is this a measure so that people cannot set up many accounts for free with free emails? seems a bit restrictive for the respectful members who just want free email.

anyway, getting banned, still seems lik eyou would have to deserve it. none the less, there are starting to be a lot of nice hoods out there.

ikOnone, new users can not use yahoo or hotmail accounts. Existing members that are using them can continute to use them.

i didnt deserved to get banned... all i did was try to sign up ... i think i left some space blank? and it kept reminding me i have to fill those in... and the 3rd try it said my email was banned ahhaha

i think its in the 40-50 lbs range. if you look in the mags plenty of tuners offer hood for the 94+ year cars. but not much for the first gen.
