DZ302 w/complete drivetrain (worth)?

I asked this over at the general chevy forum then today I see this classic car area.

I found a totaled beyond belief 69 Z/28 and want to make an offer to the guy that has it.

It's a complete numbers matching motor, tranny, and rearend with 63,000 miles and all the trim tags are still with the car which I can also have.

Anyone have any ideas as to the value and what I should be willing to offer for this?
