Question Q./Automatic vs. Standard Driveshafts

Hi,
Just wondering whether these driveshafts are interchangable? I checked HondaAutomotiveParts, and it doesn't seem like it but not sure. I need a second opinion.
If they are different, why? Does it have to do with length and spline count?

Thanks
