3 piece wing to 1 piece wing conversion

to convert the 3 piece wing to the 1 piece 99gsx wing (the high one) do i need to drill any holes? or it just fits rite into the stock predrilled holes?

because im thinking about getting, but if i need to drill any holes then i might just stick with the 3 piece...

and the same with the side skirts. i wanna conver the 96 to the 99 side skirts...it fits rite on? or do i need to drill?

if i were you, i would just get the 3 piece high wing
If you do that, it looks like the gsx one piece, it uses all the holes from your OEM 3 piece wing, and you don't have to weld over holes and paint them.
