Question about Sti Rear Speaker Pods

Hi, Im new to these forums , i was just wondering if someone who had a set of Sti Rear Speaker Pods could answer me these questions

I need to know about whether the pods in the back of the hatch impede with the seat belt because someone was saying something like that earlier and i just need confirmation / a possible solution.

I was also worried that they wont look stock to a passer by making my car a target for a theft attack. Do they look stock or yeah
