Chevy G20 Van Rear End Noise

Have A Noise That Sounds Like A Flat Tire Or Thumping Noise, At 35 To 55 Mph ,have Jacked Rear End,ran Up To 50 Mph,could Not Duplicate Noise, Found Out During A Drive That If I Swerve Hard To The Left,i Loose The Noise,but Still Have It To The Right.have Had All The Tires Bal. And Rotated.

You may have a bad rear differential; if the problem is in your pinion shaft you may need a new diff.
