anyone with forced induction in CT, please HELP!!!

Hi. Looking to buy a turbo'd teg, but I am not sure how this will affect CT emissions. When I register the vegicle, they would probably give me a date for emissions. I know the car does not have a cat, so I would have to have one installed for emissions. Also, I've never owned a turbo car before and will be learning how to tune, etc. as I go. It's a GS-R running around 10 psi on stock internals with a lowered compression head gasket. Guy also said he's got it running slightly rich, rather than lean and chance of blowing the engine. Basically wondering what any other people in CT plan on doing, or what needs to be done to get their normally NA car that's boosted through emissions.
Thanks much
Tim

all you have to do is turn the fuel down, doesit have an air fuel controller? is so just turn the values down till you lean it out some . then let them test for emissions(they dont run it that hard). And after you pass crank it back up again problem solved

Re: anyone with forced induction in CT, please HELP!!!

it comes with a turbo timer, gauges, and apex super sfc. only problem is i currently know nothing about turbo tuning/mapping, etc., so i need to find a good tuner as soon as i buy the car, until i learn it myself. maybe not the best choice buying a turbo car that i don't know how to tune (esp. being a daily driver)
