On my 94 ls my rear bumper is rusting where it meets the right rear quarter panel. i was told by a repair shop that this is pretty common on teg's and civics. during the winter snow built up under the wheel well and pulled on the bumper and now it is separated like 2 inches. what the heck can i do about this? can i have a body shop just put some kind of a patch over it to hold it up? i don't want to pay to replace the whole quarter panel, i just want the bumper to be attached and not hang. can a body shop fix this? what are my options?

Re: Bumper Rusting
the best thing to do would to go to a couple of body shops and see what they say.

Re: Bumper Rusting
yes they can fix it, but it will not be cheap if done correctly. They will have to cut out a small section to remove all the rust and weld in a new peice and the bondo it and paint it.
