90 Accord Bumper rust-out

90 Accord coupe with no mods, except rust over the rear tires in the fender wells. The rust is bad enough that on the right side, I have rust through and the bumper is beginning to sag a bit. It looks like the best way to reattach it (simply and cheaply) is to remove the black trim piece from the bumper and secure the bumper back to the body using good metal and then reapply the trim piece.

Does anyone know how to remove the trim on a rear bumper, along the side of the car?
