p1294 check engine code

P1294 - manfacurer control fuel air metering...

could anyone tell me what this is exactly? and how to fix it?
any help is appreciated

Re: p1294 check engine code

it means (target idle not reached within 200 RPM(M/T)). OTher than that theres not too much i can tell ya. Check out your vacum lines for leaks because those play a major role in your cars idle and are a quick inexpensive fix.
