2002 SL2 Shifting Issue

I am having problems with my 2002 SL2 automatic transmission. When the car has not had adequate time (generally 5 to 7 minutes) to warm up on cool days (even up to 70 degrees outside) when the car shifts from 1st to 2nd, the car "throws" itself in gear. This creates a jerky motion as if it is being "slammed" into gear. I have taken the car in twice to the Saturn dealership. The first time they said they could not get the car to duplicate the problem. The second time was last week and they replaced several parts in accordance with the Saturn Technical hot line (?). I am taking it back in today and am hoping they can find something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: 2002 SL2 Shifting Issue

Some of it depends on the dealership too.
I've heard of this happening, but can't remember the thing behind it, something to do with a part that was warped.
