I'm not sure my musical experience falls into your question, but I played the cello for just slightly over two years, many years ago. As far as any band was concerned, I was in a small quartet of sorts and my favorite piece was an Oriental composition. Will I play again? More than likely. Peraps next semester as I have been offered lessons by the first seat cellist in the Portland Opera. We'll see though.

I am a drummer, but also a percussionist (i play basically all drums, and xylophone, marimba, vibes, ect.). I play for my school concert band, and my school marching band, for marching i play quads. When i get the time i play my set with my friends usually rock and punk stuff.

I played the flute for 5 years, and the clarinet for 2 years. I really wanted to play cello b/c I've always been supertall and it would have been easy for me to handle, but the money to rent was too high...

I love to sing, though!!! I am a Soprano 1 or 2, and I absolutely loved this arrangement of "Ave Maria" by Franz Biebl!!! It had 8 parts, and I had a tenor solo! Oh, I love singing! I'm that loser who sits in their car w/the music up and who is singing at the top of their lungs with the music. (But unlike so many of those "losers" I can actually match a pitch, and I can instantaneously harmonize in thirds.)

okay, I'll stop now!

I play an electric 4 string bass guitar. Only been playing a couple of months, but i am advancing quickly. Me and my buddies jam to Metallica, and we try to cover their songs as best we can, but we still need some practice. I can also sing, but only really low tones, like Till Lindemann (from Rammstein). I can match him perfectly.

uh..so..yeah. Basically heavy metal, speed metal...old school stuff.
