How to Remove Gay pinstripping on a 94?

Just bought a 94, and I want to remove the blue "spash" pinstripping. Has anyone ever done this successfully? Any tips that won't wreck the paintjob? THanks

you might end of darker stripes under the pinstriping beacuse of fading..make sure there is not a clearcoat over the pinstriping, get all the wax off of the car too...Take a razor blade and peel the striping up in an unconspicous spot and keep going....have the car buffed when you are done to get rid of the scratches you will incur...this is not always easy..sometimes it comes right off..other times it takes a few hours beacuse the stripe breaks so many times...

i work with fraphics all the time, take your girls hair dryer to the stripes, warm them up then peel them off, when done polish up your paint to remove any ghosting, done deal

Hair Dryers work...I did it on a 94.
