part swaping newbie question

Hey guys i had a question. say i started to modify my 2nd gen. gs-t engine and put in a BOV intake full exhaust and a 20g tubo upgrade and say the engine got crank walk and i needed to swap to a new 4g63 could i swap all those parts to my new 4g63? and what if i got a 1st gen 4g63?
