2000 Montana Pwr Steering Making Noise

I just bought a 2000 Montana with 75K on it. The power steering makes a very loud noise when you turn the steering wheel all the way to the right or left. I've checked the fluid and it is right on the money as far as level goes.

Got any ideas?
